Sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription.

If you want to end your access to the features of our paid plans, please log in and go to "My Account." Then, click "Manage Account" and there you'll find a link to "Cancel Account Subscription." The cancellation is effective after the current billing period has ended.

Note that if you've purchased any items in our Sound Shop, a "Cancel Account Subscription" button might not be displayed. In that case, please write to support@soundation.com and we'll look into it for you.
