Why are my payments rejected?
If your payments are rejected, it might be because your card doesn't allow foreign transactions. Please contact the bank to unlock your card and try again, or use another payment method.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
No worries, everyone occasionally forgets! You can find the reset password page by clicking the "Log In" button on the top menu. On the "Log In" window, click "Forgot password?" at the bottom. This will lead you to a password reset page.
Do you offer any special discounts for school?

Why aren't all payment options available to me?
Unfortunately, at the moment it's not possible to switch payment options. If you've paid via PayPal before, please connect your credit card to your PayPal account so you can upgrade your account via PayPal. If you've paid with a credit card before, please use a credit card to upgrade your account if possible!
How do I stop receiving newsletters?
We occasionally get in touch to make sure you're getting most out of our studio. However, if you'd like to stop receiving news, as well as tips and tricks, go to "My Account" on the top right corner, then click "Manage Account" and uncheck "Subscribe to our email newsletter".
I got a paid account last year/month, why am I being charged again?
After you get a paid account with us, your subscribtion is renewed automatically every month or year, depending on your type of subscription. If you're being charged, it means you have an active subcription with Soundation that unlocks our studio's essential features and extra goodies!
How do I upgrade my account?
Looking to expand your production power and creative options? You've come to the right place. To upgrade your account and unlock all the essential studio goodies, visit https://soundation.com/accounts and you'll be given upgrade options. You can also upgrade your account by clicking "My Account" on the top right corner. From there you'll find a "Manage Account" tab where you can view your current account type. Click "Upgrade Account" to choose the right plan for you.
What are the differences between Free, Intro and Premium accounts?
Because we believe music is for everyone, Soundation offers a package for everyone. With a Free account, you'll be able to explore loops and effects from our Sound Library and make tracks from the samples provided using our virtual instrument. However, you won't be able to record live audio or import your own audio to the tracks. How do I cancel my paid subscription?
Sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. If you want to end your access to the features of our paid plans, please log in and go to "My Account." Then, click "Manage Account" and there you'll find a link to "Cancel Account Subscription." The cancellation is effective after the current billing period has ended. Note that if you've purchased any items in our Sound Shop, a "Cancel Account Subscription" button might not be displayed. In that case, please write to support@soundation
